The CQI Certificate in Quality has been designed for those who wish to gain the Level 5 Diploma in Quality but do not have the necessary skills and knowledge ready to commence a Level 5 qualification. It is also suitable for those who are new to quality and require an introductory level qualification covering the concepts and fundamentals that quality addresses.
